Dear Colleagues,

This special issue of the Advancements in Psycho-cardiology Medicine: Bridging Clinical and Biological Insights aims to explore the latest advancements in the field of psychosomatic medicine, emphasizing the integration of clinical practices with biological insights to better understand and treat disorders where psychological factors significantly impact physiological functions. We seek to highlight research that addresses the complex interactions between body and mind, particularly in how emotional, psychological, and social factors contribute to physical health outcomes. Contributions may include studies on the pathophysiology of stress-related disorders, the role of psychosocial factors in chronic disease management, and innovative therapeutic strategies that encompass a holistic approach to patient care.

This special issue on “Journal of Clinical and Basic Psychosomatics” aims to curate novel advances in the understanding and treatment of psychosomatic disorders. We seek to highlight interdisciplinary research that bridges psychological insights with physiological responses, offering comprehensive approaches to managing complex interactions that influence health.
