GHES Welcomes Prof. Jue Liu as the New Editor-in-Chief

The Editorial Office of Global Health Economics and Sustainability (GHES) is pleased to announce that Prof. Jue Liu has officially assumed the role of Editor-in-Chief of the journal.

Prof. Jue Liu is affiliated with the School of Public Health, Peking University, Beijing, China. She is a distinguished scholar in public health and epidemiology, with research interests covering infectious disease epidemiology, prevention, control and management of major infectious diseases, public health management and policy, maternal and child health, and health big data research and application.

With extensive academic experience and strong interdisciplinary expertise, Prof. Liu has made important contributions to global public health research, infectious disease prevention and control, health data science, and public health policy. Her academic background and research vision are highly aligned with the mission of GHES to promote interdisciplinary scholarship in global health, health economics, healthcare sustainability, public health governance, and evidence-based health policy.

As the new Editor-in-Chief, Prof. Liu will provide academic leadership for GHES and support the journal in further strengthening its international visibility, editorial quality, and scholarly impact. Under her leadership, GHES will continue to advance high-quality research addressing the long-term sustainability of healthcare provision and financing, with particular attention to global health challenges, health system development, and sustainable public health solutions.

The Editorial Office warmly welcomes Prof. Jue Liu to her new role and looks forward to working closely with her, the Editorial Board, authors, reviewers, and readers to support the continued growth and development of GHES.
