Overview

Global Health Economics and Sustainability (GHES) is an interdisciplinary forum intended to tackle challenges of long-term sustainability of health care provision and financing. Leading actors to participate in this ongoing debate are governmental authorities, multilateral agencies such as the United Nations (UN), the World Trade Organization (WTO), World Health Organization (WHO), G20, the BRICS, Belt and Road Initiative, ASEAN, academia, pharmaceutical and medical device industry, hospital, clinical physicians and patients associations. It is an open-access peer reviewed outlet whose primary goal is to cover unmet needs of the rapidly developing Global South’s Low-and-Middle-Income nations and wealthy OECD nations of the postindustrial Global North. Contemporary landscape worldwide is dominated with mega scale urbanization, 4.0 industrial revolution, environmental pollution, population aging, and transformation of labour markets.
