The 38th Live Lecture of JCBP: Core Mechanisms and Clinical Standardized Application of rTMS in the Treatment of Depressive Disorders
The Journal of Clinical and Basic Psychosomatics will hold this live lecture titled "Core Mechanisms and Clinical Standardized Application of rTMS in the Treatment of Depressive Disorders" on Tencent Meeting platform at 20:00 on February 11, 2026 (GMT+08:00).
This lecture focuses on the core mechanisms of rTMS, analyzing its regulatory effects on neural plasticity, neurotransmitters, and brain networks related to depressive disorders. By integrating domestic and international guidelines, it systematically explains the standardized settings of key parameters such as stimulation targets (e.g., the left DLPFC), frequency, intensity, and treatment duration, as well as the evidence-based rationale for its use in treatment-resistant depression (TRD). Additionally, it clarifies the management of contraindications and adverse reactions, aiming to provide practical guidance for the safe and effective clinical application of rTMS therapy.
We are honored to have invited Dr. Chunxia Yang, a medical doctor, master's supervisor, and associate chief physician from the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, as the keynote speaker for this conference. Professor Ning Li, the Party Secretary and Chief Physician of Dandong Third Hospital, will serve as the moderator. We sincerely welcome scholars from all fields to actively participate in this academic live-streamed lecture.
