In the ESCI Applied Mathematics category, IJOCTA now ranks steadily in Q1, demonstrating its strong performance and recognition among international journals in optimization, control, and applied mathematics.

IJOCTA moved to the ACC Science Publishing platform starting from Vol. 15, Issue 1 (January 2025). This move promises further advancements in digital accessibility and publishing infrastructure.

IJOCTA received its first Impact Factor of 1.6 based on Clarivate's Journal Citation Reports™ (2022). This achievement marked a major milestone in the journal’s development and academic recognition.

The journal switched to a quarterly publication schedule (in January, April, July, and October) as of 2024, reflecting the increasing submission volume and the journal’s evolving prominence in its field.
