We are pleased to announce that Professor Dwayne D. Arola from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Washington, Seattle, USA, has joined Materials Science in Additive Manufacturing (MSAM) as an Associate Editor.

Professor Arola will lead the journal’s outreach and academic engagement in North America, contributing to the promotion of MSAM and supporting its strategic development in the field of additive manufacturing.

His research expertise includes
