The 16th Live Lecture of JCBP: Sleep and Cognitive Function
The Journal of Clinical and Basic Psychosomatics will hold this live lecture titled "Sleep and Cognitive Function" on Bilibili and WeChat Channels at 20:00 on December 18, 2024 (GMT+08:00).
Recent studies have revealed a close relationship between sleep and cognitive function. Both NREM and REM sleep can impact cognitive abilities. The regulation of sleep has emerged as a crucial approach to protect cognitive function. In this lecture, we will synthesize research findings from the past five years, both domestically and internationally, and combine them with the presenter's own research to systematically analyze the relationship between sleep and cognition. Furthermore, we will propose strategies for regulating sleep to enhance cognitive function.
We are honored to have Director Wei Chen, the head of the Mental Health Department at Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, as our speaker. And Director Weiping Kuang, the head of Functional Neurosurgery at Hunan Brain Hospital, as our chairman.
