The 23rd Live Lecture of JCBP: Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Comorbid Circadian Rhythm Disorder in Insomnia

The Journal of Clinical and Basic Psychosomatics will hold this live lecture titled "Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Comorbid Circadian Rhythm Disorder in Insomnia" on Bilibili and WeChat Channels at 20:00 on March 21, 2025 (GMT+08:00).

The incidence of insomnia disorder is high, and the comorbidity with circadian rhythm disorders is also prominent. Strengthening the identification and diagnosis of circadian rhythm disorders in insomnia disorder has important clinical significance. This lecture will focus on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of insomnia disorder comorbid with circadian rhythm disorder. Firstly, it will explore the regulatory mechanism of circadian rhythm, then analyze the relationship between insomnia disorder and circadian rhythm disorder, and finally explain the evaluation and intervention methods of circadian rhythm disorder.

We are honored to have invited Professor Yaping Liu, director of the Sleep and Rhythm Medical Center of Guangzhou Medical University Brain Hospital, visiting assistant professor of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, doctoral supervisor, as the keynote speaker for this conference. Professor Bidan Zhang, deputy director and deputy chief physician of the Sleep Medicine Department of the Fifth People's Hospital of Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province (Zhenjiang Mental Health Center), will serve as the chair.
