Webinar Chair & Moderator

Prof. Guosheng Tang
Guangzhou Medical University, Guangzhou, China
Professor Guosheng Tang, PhD, doctoral supervisor at Guangzhou Medical University, is a recipient of the National Natural Science Foundation Outstanding Youth Fund (Type B). His research lies at the medicine-engineering interface, integrating 3D bioprinting and gas microfluidics for microgel fabrication, cell delivery and regenerative medicine.
Recruited from Harvard Medical School in 2021 as a distinguished “Nanshan Scholar”, he currently holds multiple academic committee positions and serves as Associate Editor, scientific advisor or youth editorial board member for journals including Advanced Bionics, Nano-Micro Letters and International Journal of Bioprinting.
He has led three NSFC projects, published over 50 SCI papers (H-index 31, >5000 citations, 6 ESI highly cited papers). More than 20 first/corresponding author papers in the past five years appear in journals such as Nature Microbiology, PNAS, Nature Communications and Advanced Materials. He has over 10 granted patents and received the Jiangsu Provincial Government Scholarship for Overseas Study.

Speech Topic: 3D Printed Functional Biomimetic Implants — From Hard Tissue to Nervous System Repair
Associate Professor Hui Zhu at Xi'an Jiaotong University is a recipient of the Young Talent Support Program of CAST. She earned her joint PhD at Technische Universität Berlin and carried out postdoctoral research at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg. Her research centers on 3D/4D bioprinting and complex nervous system-mimicking constructs.
She has led NSFC Youth and General grants and a postdoctoral foundation project, with over 40 SCI publications in journals including Journal of Advanced Research and Advanced Drug Delivery Reviews. She serves as youth editorial board member, youth committee member and guest editor for several journals and international societies, and is a committee member of relevant branches under the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society. She was academic secretary for the Young Scientist Salon on biological tissue manufacturing and received the Top Ten Rising Innovators Award for medicine-engineering interdisciplinary research at Xi'an Jiaotong University.
We warmly invite researchers, clinicians, and students interested in 3D bioprinting, biomimetic implants, hard tissue regeneration and neural repair to join us for this insightful and cutting-edge discussion.
We look forward to your participation.
