We are pleased to announce a Special Issue of the International Journal of AI for Materials and Design (IJAMD) in collaboration with The International Conference on Engineering Design, Manufacturing & Advanced Materials (ICEDMAM-2026), to be held at Ganpat University, India, in December 2026.
ICEDMAM-2026 is a premier international forum dedicated to advancing research and innovation at the intersection of artificial intelligence, materials science, engineering design, and advanced manufacturing. The conference brings together researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and technology leaders to exchange cutting-edge ideas, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and accelerate the adoption of intelligent, data-driven solutions for next- generation materials and product development. Aligned with the aims and scope of the International Journal of AI for Materials and Design, this Special Issue seeks to showcase original research and review articles that demonstrate the transformative role of artificial intelligence in materials discovery, engineering design, manufacturing processes, characterization, optimization, and lifecycle management. Contributions integrating AI with computational modeling, digital engineering, and intelligent manufacturing are particularly encouraged.

Researchers are invited to submit original research articles, review papers, and perspective articles that contribute to advancing the state-of-the-art in AI-driven materials and design, while addressing contemporary scientific and industrial challenges through innovative computational and intelligent engineering approaches.
APC Discount Information
If the submission to this special issue is accepted after peer review, the first four articles will be eligible for a Full APC Waiver, and each subsequent article will receive a 50% APC discount.

Guest Editors will select and invite authors to submit to this Special Issue.
Route 2: Direct Submission via Editorial System
Authors may submit their extended papers directly through the IJAMD Editorial System without prior nomination or invitation.
Submission Information
- Submit via the IJAMD Editorial System. Authors should select the appropriate Collection title “ICEDMAM-2026 Conference Special Issue” under the “Special Issue” tab during the submission stage.
- Follow IJAMD Guidelines for Authors.
- Authors must state in the Cover Letter that the submission is an extension of their ICEDMAM 2026 paper.
- All manuscripts will undergo the journal’s standard peer-review process and will be subject to the standard editorial policies.
