We warmly invite outstanding early-career researchers with strong academic potential and enthusiasm for scholarly publishing to join us and contribute to the continued advancement of IJAMD.

6. Showcase Excellence: Opportunities for priority recommendation of cover articles in the journal, featuring research video introductions and recent publications in the journal's promotional column.
7. Conference Support: Access to the chance to receive journal support for organizing domestic and international academic conferences or forums.
8. Network Exchange: Engage in online or offline editorial meetings and academic seminars to collaborate and exchange ideas with other board members, invited editors, and authors.

2. Eligibility

1. Hold a Ph.D. degree or above.
2. Research at top-tier universities, research institutes, or leading technology enterprises worldwide.
3. Demonstrable AI-related research in materials science, design, or manufacturing.
4. Possess regular experience in reviewing AI for Materials and Design-related journals.
5. Demonstrate a commitment to actively participate in manuscript organization, submission, and peer review for the journal.
6. Commitment to fulfil every duty listed in Section 3.

3. Core duties during the 2-year term

1. Manuscript contribution – submit ≥1 high-quality paper to IJAMD as a co-author (any position).
2. Review service – deliver ≥3 high-quality review reports and proactively recommend suitable reviewers to the editorial office.
3. Outreach – promote IJAMD at conferences, on social media, and through your professional network.
4. Board engagement – Actively participate in Young Editorial Board meetings or jointly organize relevant academic conferences with the journal.
5. Value-added activities (optional) – guest-edit a special issue, organise a webinar, or recruit new reviewers.

Non-fulfilment of (a) or (b) triggers an early-termination review by the Editorial Board.

4. Application Deadline: Open until full, available for an extended period.
5. Selection Process:
   Applications will undergo initial screening by the Editorial Office.
   Qualified applications will be reviewed by the Editorial Board members for selection.
   Results will be announced, and successful candidates will be notified via email and issued certificates.
