Since its establishment, the International Journal of Population Studies (IJPS) has been committed to providing a high-quality academic platform for researchers in the field of population studies and related social sciences. Our mission is to support rigorous scholarship, promote impactful research, and contribute to the advancement of population studies globally.

Over the years, we have maintained the Article Processing Charges (APC) at a stable level of USD 800. However, due to rising operational costs associated with maintaining high editorial standards, improving peer review workflows, upgrading publishing infrastructure, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the journal, a revision of the APC has become necessary.

To ensure the continued quality, efficiency, and sustainability of IJPS, the APC will be adjusted to USD 1200, effective 1 July 2026.

We understand that this adjustment may affect future submission planning. Therefore, manuscripts submitted before 1 July 2026 will continue to be processed under the current APC of USD 800.
