Editor's Message

Professor Zheng Lemin, editor-in-chief of GTM from Peking University, summarized and planned the journal's 2024 mid-year report. The editorial board team is crucial to the development of the journal. The editor-in-chief advocates that editorial board members actively participate in and support the development of the journal, recommend academic institutions, associations, conferences and laboratories, etc., and strengthen the cooperation between the journal and these academic organizations. During their tenure, editorial board members should also actively contribute and recommend high-quality manuscripts to jointly promote the progress of the journal.

In order to promote exchanges and cooperation among editorial board members, GTM plans to hold offline editorial board meetings and annual meetings in the future. Editorial board members should participate more in online and offline meetings of the journal and share their experiences and suggestions for promoting the development of the journal in a timely manner. It is commendable that the proportion of international editorial board members of the journal continues to rise, and the journal is gradually developing. We will apply for a better database to enhance the international influence and academic level of the journal.

The editor-in-chief expressed confidence in the development of the journal and thanked the editorial board members for their many constructive suggestions today. These suggestions and plans are feasible and point the way for the development of the journal. Let us work together to promote greater progress and achievements of the journal in the future.
