Organoid Research is delighted to welcome Prof. Ralf Weiskirchen (RWTH Aachen University Hospital, Germany) to its Editorial Board.

Prof. Weiskirchen is a leading expert in liver biology, liver fibrosis, gene therapy, and organoid-based disease modeling. With an H-index of 80 and more than 550 publications, he has made influential contributions to hepatology and translational medicine, particularly through the development of patient-derived liver organoid platforms.

His expertise will further strengthen OR’s commitment to advancing cutting-edge research in organoid technology, liver disease modeling, and regenerative medicine.
